When to use the Advocate
The Advocate’s Office provides escalation support when standard customer service channels are unable to resolve an issue. Assistance is available when:
- You have made several attempts to resolve your issue with the division, but despite your follow-ups, the standard processing window has passed without any clear explanation or resolution.
- You believe that standard procedures were not followed.
- You have questions regarding the decision-making process and the application of laws, rules, and regulations.
Note on driver license suspension or reinstatement: Please speak with Driver Control at 303-205-5613 before completing this form.
Please be aware that the advocate does not manage standard support issues, such as phone delays, access problems, or high call volumes. For these routine matters, we recommend visiting the CDOR websites, which offer a variety of resources and self-service options.
