The Office of Human Resources serves the Department of Revenue in all areas of personnel management. Human Resources (HR) is responsible for oversight of all agency personnel functions including recruitment, selection, performance management, training, benefits, compensation, classification, employee relations, risk management, and development of strategic HR policy and procedure.
