Request for Access to Programs and Activities

It is the Colorado Department of Revenue’s (DOR) objective to provide access to DOR programs and activities for all individuals. The following services are available.

Interpretation Services

Hearing impaired customers who require an interpreter must make arrangements to meet the interpreter at a designated Division of Motor Vehicles office and time. Interpreters are allowed to accompany the customer for the written portion of the test and assistance with processing transactions. Upon completion of the test(s), the interpreter presents the bill for their services to the office manager for payment.
