How can I add or remove a name from my title?  The current owner(s) must sign the back of the title. Then, list them again as the buyer alongside the new person to be added. For more answers, refer to the  Titles - FAQs page.

How long does it take for my license plate to arrive? License plates are printed and mailed within three business days of payment receipt, and delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. For more answers, refer to the License Plates page.

Driver License, Permit or ID

The Driver/ID Resource Center offers answers to a wide range of questions.

​How do I change my address on my driver license or ID card? Update your address online at mydmv.colorado.gov or by completing Form DR 2285. Alternatively, make an appointment at a driver license office with proof of your new address and payment for a new card, which will be mailed to you.

​Where is my driver license​,​ ID card ​or permit? To check the status of your card, visit myDMV.Colorado.gov and use the "Where is my driver license?" service.
