307.1 POLICY
The agency has a NO pursuit policy. For additional information, please refer to Chapter 12 of the Fleet Vehicle Manual.
307.2 POLICY REVIEW
Investigators of this agency shall certify in writing that they have received, read and understand this policy initially, upon any amendments and whenever training on the policy is provided.
