Regulatory Hearings & Rulemaking

   Any person can participate in the drafting of proposed rules by attending our informal stakeholder workshops and formal rule hearings. Stakeholder meetings are held before filing a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking with the Secretary of State. If you would like to receive workshop or hearing notices, please send an email to dor_hdrules@state.co.us with your name and contact information. Currently, the Hearings Division rules are: 1 C.C.R. 211-1, 211-2, and 211-3.
